These general terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, govern the access to and use of sharonmillslondon.com (the “Website”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Website or placing an order.

By accessing or using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and you consent to us using your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


Once you have selected your chosen items, you should add these items to the cart and follow the online checkout process. To improve your shopping experience for the future, you may register with us and enter the details required, which we will use only in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review and check your order carefully before submitting it to us. If you later realise there is an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible at care@sharonmillslondon.com.

Once your order has been submitted to us, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your order. This email is only an acknowledgment of receipt of your order and is sent to the email address you provided to us. After sending you the confirmation email we will process the payment details you provided to us during the checkout process to take payment for your order.

You will receive a second email when your order has been dispatched and after payment has been processed. This is the point at which we accept your order and a legally binding contract is in place between you and us for the purchase of products via the Website.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will email you letting you know that your order has not been accepted and we will refund the payment for your order to you.

Only persons aged 18 years and over may place an order on the Website.


You may cancel an order at any time before your order is delivered and up to 30 days after the date of delivery. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at care@sharonmillslondon.com.

You must return the products to our returns address described below in the condition they were in when delivered to you (i.e. unworn and with original packaging) at your own cost by recorded mail within 14 days of notifying us of your wish to cancel. Our returns address is Sharon Mills London, PO Box 72049, London, NW6 9TZ, UK.

If you cancel an order within the 30 day period described above, we will issue the refund due to you via your original payment method as soon as possible, and in any case, within 14 days from the day on which we receive the products back, or, if earlier the day on which we receive evidence that you have returned the products to our returns address.


We reserve the right to cancel any order if, for example, we have insufficient stock to deliver the products you have ordered or we do not deliver to your address. If we do cancel an order, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone and will re-credit to you via your original payment method any sum deducted by us from you within 30 days of your order.


We use Royal Mail Delivery to deliver all orders within the UK. Please visit our Delivery page before you place your order to view your delivery options.

We will deliver the products you ordered to the address provided by you to us at the time of placing your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided to us is correct and that there is somebody to sign for or take delivery of the products. Ownership of the products will pass to you on delivery.

If you select our Express Delivery option, orders must be placed before 1pm. Any orders placed after 1pm are not guaranteed to be delivered the next working day. Express Delivery option does not include Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.


We accept all major credit and debit cards. All online payment transactions are handled by PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to place an order.

The prices payable for items that you order are as set out on the Website. Prices shown on the Website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate (20% in the UK at the current time). Prices do not include delivery, please see our Delivery page for costs and options before you place your order. Our prices may change from time to time. If we discover that you have been charged an incorrect price at the time we receive your order, we will contact you and ask you if you wish to proceed at the correct price.


Promotion codes may be redeemed during the checkout process when placing your order. Only one promotion code may be redeemed per order and promotion codes must be redeemed by the date published, if applicable. Promotion codes are only valid on full price items and cannot be applied to sale items or special orders. Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.


Except for any consumer guarantees under law, we do not offer any warranty or guarantee on our products. Please check your order carefully as soon as possible on receipt. If you have any questions relating to your order please contact us at care@sharonmillslondon.com.

We will use any information you provide to us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.


From time to time we may allow third parties to place content or links on the Website. We are not responsible or liable for any content or activities of these third parties or linked sites. We allow third party links on the basis that such content or links will enhance your user experience, but if you have any questions or feedback about any such third parties or linked websites please contact us at care@sharonmillslondon.com.

A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect that any right or remedy of a third party that otherwise exists or is available.


Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for fraud, death or personal injury), we are not legally responsible for losses that: were not foreseeable to you and us when the contract was formed; or that were not caused by any breach on our part; business losses; or losses to non-consumers.

Our aggregate total liability to you for all damages, injury, losses and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) arising from any contract with you will be limited to the price of any products you may order through the Website.


We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the Website following any such update will be deemed to be your acceptance of any update. If you do not agree to any change to the terms and conditions then you must stop using the Website.


If you are unhappy with a product, our service to you or any other matter, please contact us as soon as possible at care@sharonmillslondon.com giving full details. We will do our best to resolve any complaints quickly and efficiently.


All intellectual property rights in the products we offer for sale on the Website belong to Sharon Mills Jewellery Limited. All content on the Website, including all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property right that it contains, including the use of the name Sharon Mills London is the sole property of Sharon Mills Jewellery Limited or our licensors. You are permitted to copy, transmit and use such material only for the purpose of ordering products from us via the Website. You are not allowed to copy, reproduce, transmit, display in public, create derivative works from or otherwise commercially exploit such material.


From time to time we may run competitions via our social media platforms (including, without limitation, Instagram or Facebook). If you decide to enter one of our competitions, the applicable rules and details on how to enter will be posted below these terms and conditions. Force majeure. We will not be in breach of these terms and conditions or otherwise liable for any delay or failures in performance which is caused by any event beyond our reasonable control.

Waiver. No failure or delay by us in exercising any right or remedy available in law or under these terms and conditions and no single or partial exercise of such right or remedy will impair the right or remedy, or operate as a waiver or variation of it, or preclude its exercise at any subsequent time.

Severance. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, it will be deleted from the rest of these terms and conditions which will remain unaffected.

No variation. No variation or amendment of these terms and conditions are binding unless agreed by us in writing.

Third Party Rights. No one other than a party to this contract has any right to enforce any term of these terms and conditions.

Entire agreement. These terms and conditions, and any document expressly referred to in them, including the Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your access to and use of the Website and the contract between us.

Governing law. These terms and conditions, your use of the Website and any other contract between you and us for the sale of products will be governed by English law and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

How to Enter

To be in with a chance to win on Instagram, the entrant needs to follow our Instagram account, tag a friend, and answer the question given in the relevant Instagram post with the hashtag #favjewels.

The winner will be selected by random after the competition closing date.

When to Enter and Who can Enter

Submit your entry between 9th August 2018 and 14th August 2018 at 23:59. There will be 2 winners drawn.

Entrants can enter at any point between these dates. Entrants can only enter the competition once, but can like, share and comment as many times as they like.

The competition is open to UK residents aged 21 or over, excluding employees of Sharon Mills London and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the competition.


The prize for each of the 2 winning entrants will be one free pair of Boho Moonstone Stud Earrings from our collection.

The winners will be selected at random and, once the winners are notified, the prize will be sent by post to the winners’ address.

The Prize is as stated and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash, goods or services. Unless specifically agreed in writing by Sharon Mills London, the prize is not transferable and must be taken by the winner in person.

Additional Terms and Conditions 

The competition will be governed by the general terms and conditions of use of sharonmillslondon.com (the “Website”) and the following additional terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict, for the purposes of any competition, the following additional terms and conditions will prevail.

The competition will be run and prizes will be awarded at Sharon Mills London’s sole discretion.

You consent to your surname, photograph and basic information about you being disclosed on Sharon Mills London’s digital channels or other media if you win any prizes under the Competition. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with our Privacy Policy (located on our website). By entering the competition, you agree that Sharon Mills London may contact you in relation to the competition.

The winner of the competition will be notified by Sharon Mills London via Instagram. You must provide accurate contact details on notification, so please check carefully when entering the competition.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sharon Mills London’s website and services, and to refuse entry into the competition.

We reserve the right to change these additional competition rules and our general terms and conditions from time to time. If we do so, we will always post the most up to date rules and terms and conditions on our website.

Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for fraud, death or personal injury), we are not legally responsible for any losses (whether direct or indirect), including (without limitation) any losses arising from the entrant’s participation in the competition; any postponement or cancellation of the competition; or any changes to, supply or use of the prize.

You agree to indemnify Sharon Mills London against all liabilities, claims and expenses that may arise from your participation in the competition or any breach of your agreement with Sharon Mills London.

We are not responsible for any liability arising from technical incompatibility, problems relating to the internet, or technical difficulties of any kind you may experience in attempting to enter the competition.
