Caring for your jewellery
To keep in perfect condition, we advise you to remove any jewellery item before showering, bathing or swimming and it is best to avoid extreme humidity or heat. Try to also avoid spraying perfume or applying cream directly onto your jewellery. We recommend storing your item in its box to help protect from tarnishing.
To add extra sparkle, gently rub with a soft, dry and lint free cloth. Avoid using tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.
Our jewellery is hand-made by our talented team using the highest quality materials and processes. If, however, you find that any item requires repair, please contact us at email@example.com. We will repair any damage caused by a manufacturer defect that occurs within 30 days of original purchase date. If any repairs are required after this 30 day period, or if we deem the damage to be caused by misuse or general wear and tear, a repair charge will be payable. We will, of course, let you know if a charge is payable before commencing any repairs.
All our items are plated with at least 3 microns of 18ct gold for a high quality and long-lasting finish. Please refer to our Jewellery Care advice to ensure your items stay in perfect condition. Re-plating is not included in the guarantee. We can re-plate any item for you on a chargeable basis. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
